Sosmedtoto reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued with login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of these credentials. Sosmedtoto will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and at all subsequent times when updating your Account details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of any Bonus Funds or winings generated through deceptive means.
You must notify Sosmedtoto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, and not to allow any other individual to access your Account or place wagers on your behalf.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures, provided all applicable KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are non-refundable.
By using the Sosmedtoto platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence when accessing our services.
The Platform, its content, and all associated services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of Sosmedtoto.
Sosmedtoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. DuitNow and FPX transfers generally reflect within 5to 15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes during standard processing windows.
Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be returned to the originating source. Sosmedtoto reserves the right to void any winings generated from funds deposited via third-party accounts and to close the associated Account pending investigation.
Members may submit withdrawal requests for their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and are subject to the applicable processing times outlined below.
All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad or passport) along with proof of the payment method used for deposits. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
Stated processing times reflect typical operational performance. Actual times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Sosmedtoto Account. Sosmedtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request it dems unusual or potentially fraudulent.
Sosmedtoto offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
All wagers placed on the Sosmedtoto platform are final once confirmed. Members accept all risk associated with their betting activity and acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for casino games, and by actual match or event results for sports betting markets.
Sosmedtoto reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious system error, technical malfunction, or clearly eroneous odds posting. In such instances, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account. No compensation beyond the return of stake is payable in respect of voided bets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game or market and are displayed at the point of placing each wager. Sosmedtoto reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its sole discretion, including in cases where a Member demonstrates a consistent winning pattern or where there is reason to believe that unfair advantage is being obtained.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sosmedtoto platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit any Platform content, to collect and use any product listings or descriptions, or to make any derivative use of the Platform or its contents.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sosmedtoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
Sosmedtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data security, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from technical issues, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party service disruptions outside our reasonable control.
In no event shall Sosmedtoto's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds you have deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Sosmedtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be notified to Members via the Platform's announcement section or by email to the registered email address on the Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sosmedtoto platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through direct communication, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of proceedings shall be English. Sosmedtoto's decision on all operational matters, including but not limited to the settlement of bets, bonus eligibility determinations, and Account status decisions, shall be final and binding.
